BEAUTY PRODUCT : HOW TO CHOOSE? The skin is a very complex organ which function is to protect our body against mechanical, luminous, heat, climatic and biological aggressions which all cause changes in our appearance. If it is impossible to stop the natural and biological ageing process of the skin, we should maintain its ideal condition of elasticity, brightness, smoothness, resistance and balance. To achieve this aim we need to examine it carefully in order to choose the most suitable product as only if we learn to know its resources and weak points we will be able to protect it and maintain it young as longer as possible. The products of the line “Salus per Aquam” have been created keeping in mind the differences caused to the skin by the possible interconnections of two elements which are considerably important to its conservation: water and sebum. The water of Comano is particularly suitable for the skin balance and the reactivation of its functions. Controlled studies and researches carried out on cell cultures by important Italian universities have demonstrated that the water of Comano has sedative, anti-inflammatory, regenerating, mitigating and decongestant properties. How to diagnose and correct balances and imbalances?
First a skin check-up is required to establish its characteristics and select one of the four following skin types: NORMAL SKIN: a luminous skin with an even tone and a right equilibrium of water and sebum. Climatic and environmental factors may change the equilibrium of this type of skin. OILY SKIN: due to an excess of sebum, the skin is shiny, with dilated pores and imperfections in the median part of the face; the skin is rough and dull on the cheeks and forehead. DRY AND SENSITIVE SKIN: this skin is thin and prone to sensitivity, dehydrated and with a low level of sebum. It looks dull and tends to exfoliation. DELICATE AND WEAK SKIN: poor in lipids, the skin looks fragile and thin with early formation of small wrinkles.
